Miss Madison

MISS MADISON grew up training in the styles of tap, modern, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, ballet, musical theater, and acro at PassMORE Dance and Gloucester County Institute of Technology vocational high school. Madison holds a Master of Education (EdM) in K-12 Dance Education from Rutgers Graduate School of Education, and a Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) in NJ. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance Performance with minors in Psychology and Education as a Social Science from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Madison has been teaching for 8 years in various styles to many ages and abilities in the public and private sectors. Teaching partnerships and highlights include Nimbus Dance Works, Fresh Theater Arts, Gloucester County Institute of Technology, BOLD Arts, Swedesboro-Woolwich Little Theater, and choreographing and teaching dance workshops at private studios across New Jersey. Madison has performed in works by Tony award winner John Heginbotham, Emmy nominated choreographer Chloe Arnold, and other acclaimed artists such as Opus One Contemporary Dance, UNA Productions, Caitlin Casson, Lynn Neuman of Artichoke Dance Company, Reggie Oliver, and Robin Passmore. She has performed at the 92Y Future Dance Festival, Mark Morris Dance Center in Brooklyn, NY, the Hudson Guild in Chelsea, NY, Dance New Jersey’s Show Up & Dance, and University of District of Columbia for the DC Tap Festival Showcase. Madison’s professional choreographic works have been presented at Triskelion Arts in Brooklyn, NY, the Adrienne Theater in Philadelphia, PA, and the Koresh Artist Showcase in Philadelphia, PA. Miss Madison is so excited for her first season with All for Dance teaching tap and hip hop!
