MS HOLLY is the co-founder of All for Dance and has been inspiring dancers in the classroom for 36 years. A graduate of The College of New Jersey, she also brings extensive corporate leadership experience from The American Stock Exchange, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Bristol Myers Squibb, where she led global organizations with a focus on client services.

Ms Holly is certified by Dance Masters of America (DMA) in Ballet, Tap and Jazz and is a certified Rhythm Works Integrative Dance instructor, a program that uses music, rhythm and movement to support dancers with individual learning differences and needs.

A dancer since the age of 3, Ms Holly has continued her dance education throughout her life, studying with world-renowned teachers across the country. She danced on scholarship in Hollywood, California, and was a member of International Teachers of Dance, Inc. She is an active member of the Studio Owner Alliance and serves as the chapter sponsor for All for Dance’s chapters of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts.

Tap holds an especially special place in Ms Holly’s heart. She is an award-winning competitive Tap choreographer whose work has earned numerous honors, including many Industry Dance Awards for High Scoring Tap Performances. She continues to study the art form and loves attending Tap festivals whenever she can.

Beyond AFD, Ms Holly is proud to serve on the Board of Mac’s Potential, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing employment training, social opportunities and skill development for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

When she isn’t teaching or navigating the many aspects of owning All for Dance, Ms Holly loves cruising with her family, spending time with friends, attending Tap festivals, going to bootcamp—and eating Brussels sprouts!

After more than two decades at All for Dance, one of Ms Holly’s greatest joys is watching dancers grow up within the AFD community. From welcoming a nervous little dancer into their very first class to watching that same dancer grow into a confident young adult, every stage of the journey is special. She is especially proud of the generations of dancers and families who have called AFD their dance home—and loves seeing former students return to visit, stay connected and even bring the next generation through AFD’s doors.

Ms Holly is thrilled to celebrate Season 23 with the AFD community and to teach dancers ranging in age from 2 to 70+. Her energy, passion for teaching and positive approach create a classroom where dancers feel encouraged to work hard, build confidence and discover the joy of dance.

For Ms Holly, All for Dance is about much more than teaching steps. It is about creating a place where dancers and families feel welcomed, supported and valued—and where every child deserves a chance to dance.
