We are extremely excited to announce that All for Dance is now a chapter sponsor of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA) that was created by the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO). There are currently 1,000 chapters nationwide and over 15,000 members.
We are proud to partner with the NDEO on their mission to recognize outstanding artistic merit, leadership and academic achievement in students studying dance in public and private schools in K-12 education, dance studios, cultural/community centers, performing arts organizations, and colleges / universities and to foster an appreciation for dance as a true art form and one worthy of recognition and prestige.
All for Dance now has two chapters of the NHSDA. Our Junior Chapter is for dancers in grades 6 to 8. Our Secondary Chapter is for dancers in grades 9 to 12. There is also an option for dancers in grade 12 to Graduate with High Honors, if some additional qualifications are met.
Following are the details on how to qualify and apply for each chapter of our NHSDA. We are currently accepting applications for interested dancers that qualify for each chapter to be considered for induction at our recitals. The deadline to submit your application is April 20.
