Miss Lydia

MISS LYDIA began dancing at the age three and has loved it ever since! Lydia trained at Princeton Ballet School for six years years before attending The School of Pennsylvania Ballet in the pre professional program where she had the opportunity to dance in professional shows such as Nutcracker at The Academy of Music. In 2018, Lydia joined American Repertory Ballet as a trainee where she learned from teachers and choreographers such as Douglas Martin, Kirk Peterson, Kathleen Moore, Maria Youscheviche, and Pamela Levy. While at American Repertory Ballet, Lydia substitute taught at Princeton Ballet School. Lydia Miller came to Roxey Ballet in 2019 as an apprentice and danced there for three seasons until 2022. In 2020 Lydia substitute taught at Mill Ballet School and had the opportunity to co teach with Melissa Roxey until 2022. Lydia continues to dance and currently works as a flexologist at Stretchlab. The number one goal in Miss Lydia’s classes is for everyone to have the freedom to express themselves through dance as an art form. Teaching Contemporary, Lyrical, Pointe and Progressing Ballet Technique, Miss Lydia is so excited to teach at All for Dance for the second year and is looking forward to a great dance season!
